How It Works

Pre-ordering takes a couple of minutes. Pick your spot, build your order, choose a pickup time, and we handle the rest.

Choose where you want to pick up: Houston Heights, Upper Kirby, or San Antonio.

Whole smoked meats, half-pan sides, and whole pies, enough to feed the whole table.

Choose Your Pickup Time

Pick the hour that works for you. Time slots are limited, so grab yours early.

Pick It Up

Swing by during your slot, grab your order, and get to the table.

Smoked Whole

Whole Meats

Whole brisket, whole turkey, chopped pork shoulder, glazed and dry rub pork ribs, and sausage links, smoked low and slow over post oak and mesquite and served hot.

Feeds The Table

Half-Pan Sides

Jalapeno cheese rice, Grant's potato salad, tangy coleslaw, South Texas beans, rosemary bacon mac and cheese, and duck and sausage jambalaya. Each half pan serves 8 to 10.

Save Room

Whole Pies

Pumpkin pie and chocolate cream pie, whole and ready for the table. Limited quantities per location, so order early.
